Firm yet soft enough to be comfortable. When wearing headband with ear plugs, there is no resistance and the pillow remains comfortable.

This is a terrific low profile pillow. I like the way the moulded foam supports my head and neck without sinking too far into it. I've had it for 12 months, looked after it and it has not deteriorated in any way.
It feels like it keeps my spine and neck in alignment. The low side is perfect for me as I sleep on my back.

Sleep on my new pillow religiously now and adjusting to the low profile, but haven't felt any real difference from previous pillow and neck pain is about the same. Have seen very similar others on the market and for a lot less...hmmmm. None the less, it's very comfortable and I'm sticking with it.
