The Dentons Low Profile pillow is made from moulded Softec™️. It is designed for both side and back sleepers who have a small-medium frame and prefer a low, dual height pillow.

Caring for your Pillow:
- Spot clean with damp cloth
- Do not use detergent
- Dry in warm air away from direct heat or sunlight

- Warm machine wash
- Do not bleach, soak or wring
- Line dry
- Warm iron if necessary
- Dry cleanable
Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

All online orders placed before 1:00pm AEST Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed outside of this time frame or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following working day.

Online tracking information will be provided for all orders once shipment has been confirmed.

All orders being shipped within Australia please allow 10-12 working days for delivery. We charge a flat rate of $10 per order for regular shipping unless free shipping or other offers are applied during a promotional period.

Shipping to New Zealand

We charge a flat rate of $15 per order shipping to New Zealand.

Shipping does not include local customs duties and taxes.
Customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs.
Dentons will not be held responsible for any charges incurred, nor can we provide an estimate of these costs.
For more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region, please contact your local customs office.
Please allow up to 20 working days for delivery to New Zealand.

In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to Dentons.

Once received, your order will be refunded minus a $30.00 (NZD) shipping fee.

Returns:

Due to health regulations, pillows are non-exchangeable/refundable due to a change of mind. Please ensure you are selecting the correct pillow for you. Purchasing an incorrect pillow will not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

If you believe your pillow to be faulty please contact enquiries@dentons.com.au to gain a RA (Return Authorisation) number so your pillow can be returned for assessment. No pillow can be received back without the Dentons issue RA number.

It's the pillow that relieves my neck pain.

I have tried many different pillows since my neck started really hurting. All helped for a little while but this one from Dentons works all the time. I will not be changing again.

Much better for neck issues

Firm yet soft enough to be comfortable. When wearing headband with ear plugs, there is no resistance and the pillow remains comfortable.

Excellent support for neck issues.

Wake up feeling good.

This is a terrific low profile pillow. I like the way the moulded foam supports my head and neck without sinking too far into it. I've had it for 12 months, looked after it and it has not deteriorated in any way.

It feels like it keeps my spine and neck in alignment. The low side is perfect for me as I sleep on my back.

This Goldilocks pillow goes everywhere with me.

Many thanks Denton for making innovative quality products that are intended to help people sleep well. Please keep up being a cut above the rest. I'm sure many people appreciate what you do.

Sleeping on it

Sleep on my new pillow religiously now and adjusting to the low profile, but haven't felt any real difference from previous pillow and neck pain is about the same. Have seen very similar others on the market and for a lot less...hmmmm. None the less, it's very comfortable and I'm sticking with it.
