Love it - it is the 10th set we have bought.
The Caress pillow has the perfect profile for me. I am a side sleeper and have a medium feel matress and the result with the Caress profile is a straight neck while sleeping.
The pillow is soft yet supportive and I am getting a great night's sleep every night with no neck stiffness in the morning.
